Arc Marketing brokers wholesale SMS routes between two sides who never meet. Suppliers quote us a net rate and stay anonymous. Buyers get one all-in price, one contract and one invoice. We carry the connection, the testing, the billing and the credit risk in between — which is the part that is actually hard.
Wholesale SMS runs on relationships and hearsay. A buyer looking for a route into a given country asks around, gets three prices from three people they half-know, and has no way to tell which of them delivers. A supplier with genuinely good routes has no way to prove it beyond saying so, and no way to reach buyers who aren't already in their phone. Everybody claims 99% delivery.
We built this to replace that with something checkable. Every listing states what it can carry. Where a route carries a Tested badge, we ran traffic through it ourselves and published the delivery rate, the latency and — the number nobody else shows — the sample size behind them. A test that goes stale expires rather than quietly continuing to advertise itself.
We are not an aggregator reselling a single upstream under a new name, and we are not a listings board that takes a fee to introduce you and then disappears. We contract on both sides, which means when a route degrades mid-month it is our problem, not something for you to take up with a stranger.
Ukraine, Canada, Nepal — several time zones, which is most of why a supplier in Asia and a buyer in North America both get an answer the same working day.
