Marketplace terms

Plain-language summary. A full contract is issued before any traffic is provisioned.

1. We are the counterparty

This is a brokered marketplace, not a directory. Buyers contract with us, and we contract with suppliers. Neither side is introduced to the other, and neither side is billed by the other.

2. Prices

Prices shown to buyers are our prices, inclusive of our margin. They are indicative until we issue a written quote against a specific volume; a quote is fixed in its stated currency until its expiry date.

Suppliers see only the rate they submitted and the rate we agree to pay them. What a route resells for is not disclosed.

3. Anonymity

Route ownership is not published. Buyers see capability, price and measured stability. Sender IDs and other identifying details are released only inside a deal, after these terms are accepted.

4. No circumvention

For 18 months from the date of an introduction, neither party may contract directly with a counterparty first identified through this platform, nor with any affiliate of theirs, for traffic of the type introduced. Every listing view, deal and message is logged, and that log is the record relied on if this clause is enforced.

5. Stability figures

Figures marked Tested or Verified were measured by us. Figures a supplier declared are shown as declared and are not represented as fact. Nothing here is a service-level guarantee — SLAs, where offered, are in the contract for a specific route.

6. Content and compliance

Buyers are responsible for the legality of their traffic in the destination market, including sender ID registration where required. We may refuse or stop traffic that breaches an operator's rules or local law.

7. Accounts

We review every registration and may decline or close an account. Sharing login credentials, or registering multiple accounts to browse a route you supply, is grounds for closure.
